Installation, commissioning, acceptance and training
1、 After the laser equipment is transported to the factory, the customer can prepare the power supply and foundation and put the equipment in place. After the laser equipment is transported to the factory, the worker will inform Jinyun laser to send engineering and technical personnel to the site for installation and debugging.
2、 Before installation and commissioning, the customer and Jinyun laser personnel shall jointly open the box, clear the attached accessories and technical documents according to the contract quantity and packing list, and sign them in time.
3、 Jinyun laser debugging personnel provide special tools and checking tools for installation and debugging, and other general tools and measuring tools are provided by customers.
4、 Jinyun laser engineering and technical personnel will conduct comprehensive system, operation and maintenance training for customers on the site of equipment installation and commissioning.
The training contents include:
General knowledge of laser safety protection;
The basic principle of laser;
Equipment system composition;
Random software operation;
Equipment operation and precautions;
Daily equipment maintenance, laser adjustment and spare parts replacement operation skills;
The training time is about 3 days.
Warranty and service
1、 Warranty
Since the date of acceptance, the equipment host is guaranteed for 12 months free of charge. During the warranty period, if the equipment can not work normally, Jinyun laser will send engineering and technical personnel to the customer's site for treatment after receiving the customer's notice and within the specified time of after-sales service. If the parts are damaged due to abnormal use, the cost of parts will be charged. After the warranty period, Jinyun laser is still responsible for the maintenance service of the equipment, but it has to charge the cost fee and maintenance service fee according to the situation.
